We aim for under 48 hours from request to verified access. Speed depends on how quickly we can verify your licensing documents in your jurisdiction.

We support the EU (DE, NL, ES, PT, IT, CZ, PL, DK), North America (Canada, parts of the US), Israel, Thailand, and Latin America (Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina). Other markets considered case-by-case.

Yes. A single tenant can host multiple companies (e.g. parent company + regional subsidiaries), each with their own listings, certificates, and team members.

Each product category has required certifications (THC potency, pesticide residue, etc.). Producers request a cert from a registered lab; the lab uploads results; the marketplace validates and unblocks the listing. No approved cert = no public listing.

Any accredited lab can register as a certificate issuer. We're actively onboarding labs in each supported market — see /about for current count.

Yes. Each cert has a unique ID, signed metadata, and a public verification page. Buyers and regulators can verify in one click.

Indefinitely. Every status change, transaction, and certificate event is preserved for regulator requests. You can export your tenant's full audit trail at any time.

Free during private beta. Public launch: €199/company/month for the Operator tier. Custom pricing for Enterprise. We don't take a percentage on trades — see /pricing.

Not directly during beta. Buyers and sellers settle bilaterally. Optional escrow with regulated partners ships in 2026.

Logistics partner integrations are on the roadmap. Today, parties arrange shipping themselves; we provide audit trail + KYB-verified contact info.

EU primary (Germany), with optional US/APAC residency for enterprise. Each tenant is isolated at the database level via Postgres RLS.

Public listings are visible to all verified marketplace users in the matching geography + category. Private negotiations are visible only to the two parties.

Yes. Tenant admins can export listings, contacts, certificates, and audit logs as CSV/JSON at any time. We don't lock anyone in.

Yes. We honour data subject access, deletion, and portability requests within statutory windows.
